RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The Customer will have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, to return it.

The Customer may return any item purchased from shop.smokingpaper.com provided that the products retain their original seal or packaging and any manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included where applicable.

Suppose a product other than the one ordered by the Customer is delivered due to a Marketers Agency’s  error. In that case, the correct product will be delivered to the Customer, with the first product being collected at no additional charge to the Customer.

If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, Marketers Agency will collect it from the customer and replace it with another product in good condition, at no extra charge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AN ORDER

To make a return, you must contact our customer service, via email: info@marketersgroup.es indicating the order number, the collection address and the reason why you want to return the product; our team will contact you as soon as possible.

All items will be inspected on arrival at our warehouse. Please note that we will not be able to accept items that have been used or are in unsuitable condition. We will not issue a refund or begin processing an exchange until we have received the item(s) and checked that they are in the same condition as when they were sent.

The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used to pay for your purchase.
